Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork
This Course Will Cover:
Anatomy and physiology for Pilates teachers (applied).
History and benefits of Pilates.
Basic principles of Pilates – original and contemporary.
The classical mat-work exercises – original and contemporary approach. (modifications and contra-indications for all exercises).
The classical repertoire including how to adapt according to individual needs
Group and 1:1 lesson planning.
Posture assessments and tailoring a class according to observations
Cuing for maximum benefit, inclusivity, embodiment and empowerment.
Business of Pilates.
Room set up, health and safety, customer service and professional conduct.
Course Duration:
In person duration: 5 Days – 9am – 5pm = 40 hours face to face instruction.
Course Qualification:
You will receive an Integrate ‘200hr Diploma in mat work Pilates’ certificate and a L3 certificate in instructing Pilates from Active IQ confirming successful completion of the course units.
100 Hr Reformer Pilates Teacher Training
This Course Will Cover:
Traditional and dynamic reformer.
History, fundamentals, health and safety, professional conduct.
Posture assessments review.
Foundational and Intermediate sequencing for 1:1 and groups.
Creative sequencing for 1:1 and groups.
Tailoring a class for 1:1 clients.
Course Duration:
In person duration: 4 Days 9am – 5pm = 32 hours face to face instruction.
Course Qualification:
You’ll receive a 100hr Diploma in group & 1-1 Reformer Pilates. Professionally endorsed by Active IQ, an internationally recognised awarding body, assuring you of the highest delivery standards.

Mat Pilates:
Our Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork is accredited by Active IQ. The qualification is Government approved (on the RQF), endorsed by CIMSPA and regulated by Ofqual.
Reformer Pilates:
Our 100hr Diploma in group & 1-1 Reformer Pilates CPD is endorsed by Active IQ, an internationally recognised awarding body, assuring you of the highest delivery standards.

L3 Anatomy and physiology for Pilates teachers with certificate – if your anatomy qualification is more than 3 years old it is mandatory to complete an anatomy for Pilates instructors online course as part of your training. This is available for an additional fee.
Asessments
Mat Pilates:
8-12 weeks after your in-person training you will take a final practical assessment that includes self-evaluation and feedback.
From sign up to completion of the course you will:
Take part in multiple practice mini teaches with feedback from trained tutors / assessors.
Take 2 multiple choice theory papers.
Take a mock practical assessment and receive tailored feedback.
Submit a log of personal practice hours (20hrs) and teaching practice hours (15hrs 1:1 or group).
Reformer Pilates:
8-12 weeks after your in-person training you will take a final practical assessment that includes self-evaluation and feedback.
From sign up to completion of the course you will:
Take part in multiple practice mini teaches with feedback from trained tutors / assessors.
Take one multiple choice theory paper.
Take a mock practical assessment and receive tailored feedback.
Submit a log of personal practice hours (20hrs) and teaching practice hours (10hrs 1:1 or group).
Progression Routes
