Ben was very encouraging, highly knowledgeable, and clear in his delivery. The way we conducted the class, analysed the exercise, and then moved into practice teaching was excellent. The most valuable part was the business of Pilates; in other courses I have attended, nothing covered this, and it was especially helpful for those who aren’t already teaching.
