Our 2-day Tower CPD courses is professionally endorsed by Active IQ, and has been designed for qualified Pilates instructors – learn how to incorporate the Tower Pilates repertoire into group and 1:1 sessions
This course is ideal for teachers and movement professionals who want to enhance their teaching skillset. To enrol, you’ll need one of the following: A Level 3 Pilates Mat work qualification, A Level 3 Personal Training qualification, or A 200hr / Level 3 Yoga qualification. 2 years of experience teaching Pilates is a desirable pre-requisite for this course.

Our Tower CPD Course:
Safety principles on the Tower, including spring tension, bar stability and body positioning.
Contraindications and guiding clients safely, including offering support, tactile cueing and modifications.
Exploration of regression and progressions of exercises according to individual needs.
Instructor and peer-to-peer feedback.
Push through bar flow and sequencing.
Group and 1:1 lesson planning.
Our Active IQ accredited Tower CPD course will enable qualified Pilates instructors to incorporate the Tower repertoire into their teaching.
The Tower expands the possibilities of traditional Mat and Reformer exercises by adding resistance and support. Its design allows practitioners to explore a wide variety of movements that enhance stability, mobility, and overall functional strength.
Tower Pilates is a versatile method of training that uses the apparatus to improve strength, flexibility, and body alignment. The equipment provides adjustable resistance, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Course pre-requisites:
- L3 reformer or equivalent and a minimum of 3 months reformer teaching experience PLUS L3 mat or equivalent and/or L3 PT (a L3 mat qualification is preferred and strongly advised)
- Minimum of 6 months teaching experience in the industry.
Course Duration:
In person duration: 2 Days
(15 hours in person instruction).

Day 1: 9am – 6pm
Day 2: 12pm – 6pm
Brighton
Day 1 & 2 11:30am – 7pm
Course Qualification:
You will receive an Integrate Academy CPD Certificate, professionally endorsed by Active IQ, upon successful completion of the course.
Assessment methods:
- Multiple practice teaching opportunities
- Tutor and peer-to-peer feedback provided throughout
- Theory – multiple choice paper
- Final assessment comprises Tower class delivery with individual feedback on the last day
The practical assessment and theory paper will be taken during the course.
Certification will be awarded on the final day of the course.
