Our Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat work is perfect for anyone who wants to turn their enthusiasm for movement, health, and wellbeing into a rewarding career. At Integrate Academy, we go far beyond the minimum Active IQ criteria. Our approach ensures that you don’t just qualify you graduate ready to teach. You’ll leave the course with the knowledge, skills, and self-assurance to lead inspiring, safe, and effective mat work classes from your very first day as an instructor.
Course Duration:
In person duration: 5 Days – 9am – 5pm = 40 hours face to face instruction.
Course Qualification:
You will receive an Integrate ‘200hr Diploma in mat work Pilates’ certificate and a L3 certificate in instructing Pilates from Active IQ confirming successful completion of the course units.

Accreditation
Our Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork is accredited by Active IQ. The qualification is Government approved (on the RQF), endorsed by CIMSPA and regulated by Ofqual.

Asessments
8-12 weeks after your in-person training you will take a final practical assessment that includes self-evaluation and feedback.
From sign up to completion of the course you will:
Take part in multiple practice mini teaches with feedback from trained tutors / assessors.
Take 2 multiple choice theory papers.
Take a mock practical assessment and receive tailored feedback.
Submit a log of personal practice hours (20hrs) and teaching practice hours (15hrs 1:1 or group).
Progression Routes
Integrate Academy offers a CPD reformer course which you can progress on to after successful completion of the mat work. Look out for additional CPD courses which will be coming soon!
