– Benefits of Pilates for the Antenatal and Postnatal client.
– Adaptations for Mat and reformer Pilates exercises for the Antenatal and Postnatal client.

– How to structure and sequence a class for the Antenatal and Postnatal client.

At the end of the 2-day course, you will be able to plan and deliver Antenatal and Postnatal Mat and Reformer classes safely.
Resources: Learners will receive a detailed Active IQ manual and in depth Integrate Pilates specific manual which will cover all of the Pilates mat and reformer exercises and suitable adaptations.
Pre course learning: Learners will be required to complete 1 worksheet, using the Active IQ manual, before attending the in person training.
Learners will be allocated an assessor to mark and provide feedback on their Portfolio of evidence. Supporting handouts will be provided to help.
