Training gives you the exercises, the foundations and the knowledge to begin but stepping into a live class is often where things feel less clear. Knowing what to teach is one thing and knowing how to structure it, deliver it and hold a room is another.
Rather than introducing new material this workshop focuses on applying what you already know.
The emphasis is on the skills that shape how a class feels to a client: how you plan a class, how you cue clearly without overcomplicating, how you build progression through layering, and how you respond to the room in real time.
Working in a small group environment, you will move beyond planning on paper and into teaching. Time is spent practising refining and developing confidence in a supportive structured environment with clear guidance throughout.
