This course is ideal for teachers and movement professionals who want to enhance their teaching skillset. To enrol, you’ll need to be qualified in reformer (L3 or equivalent) AND Level 3 mat or equivalent and/or L3 PT (a L3 mat qualification is preferred and strongly advised).

Our Dynamic CPD Course:
Dynamic stretches and mobility
Activation and integration Exercises.
Aerobic training.
Muscular endurance.
Supersets and trisets.
Conditioning; AMRAMP, EMOM, interval training.
Dynamic flow incorporating small equipment.
Layering – adapting for different levels of ability.
Qualified in reformer and ready to level up? Our Dynamic course is designed to refine your reformer skills.
You will develop your understanding of training methods, programming and the use of small equipment to ensure your classes are both effective and creative.
You will receive an Integrate Dynamic Manual, an Integrate Exercise Manual and detailed video resources on our online platform as part of your course.
Course pre-requisites:
- L3 reformer or equivalent and a minimum of 3 months reformer teaching experience PLUS L3 mat or equivalent and/or L3 PT (a L3 mat qualification is preferred and strongly advised).
- Minimum of 6 months teaching experience in the industry.
Course Duration:
In person duration: 1 Day
(6 hours in person instruction).
2pm – 8pm
Course Qualification:
You will receive an Integrate Academy Dynamic CPD Certificate upon successful completion of the course.
