This Course Will Cover:
– Traditional and dynamic reformer.
– History, fundamentals, health and safety, professional conduct.
– Foundational and Intermediate sequencing for 1:1 and groups.

Take your Pilates teaching to the next level with our Level 3 Reformer Pilates designed to expand your skills, deepen your understanding, and ignite your confidence on one of the most transformative pieces of Pilates equipment.
During your course you will learn and master over 44 classical and contemporary Reformer exercises, exploring how to adapt and teach them safely, effectively, and creatively for everybody and every ability.
To enrol, you’ll need:
– A Level 3 Pilates Matwork qualification.
– If you’re completing or have already booked your Matwork course with Integrate as part of a bundle package, you’ll automatically meet this requirement.
– If you’re currently studying your Level 3 Mat qualification with another provider and have completed your in-person training days, you’ll also be eligible to join.
During your course you will learn and master over 44 classical and contemporary Reformer exercises, exploring how to adapt and teach them safely, effectively, and creatively for everybody and every ability.

Course Duration:
In person duration: 4 Days – 9am – 5pm (timings vary depending on location) = 32 hours face to face instruction.
Course Qualification:
You will receive an Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Instructing Pilates Studio Reformer Sessions following successful completion of the course units.

Our Level 3 Certificate in Instructing Pilates Studio Reformer Sessions is accredited by Active IQ. The qualification is Government approved (on the RQF) and regulated by Ofqual.

Asessments
From 12 weeks after your in-person training you will take a final practical assessment that includes self-evaluation and feedback.
From sign up to completion of the course you will:
Take part in multiple practice mini teaches with feedback from trained tutors / assessors.
Complete 4 unit worksheets with your final one being the class plan which you will teach on your final practical assessment.
Submit a log of personal practice hours (20hrs) and teaching practice hours (15hrs 1:1 or group) & digital observation (8hrs).

Progression Route
